You may request cancellation before an order is dispatched. Once fulfillment or shipment has started, the request is handled under the return terms that apply to the product and destination.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact CNPS.AI promptly and keep the product, accessories, packaging, and shipping label.
Return eligibility for physical products depends on the product-specific terms, product condition, destination, and mandatory consumer law. Ear-worn products and other hygiene-sensitive goods may have additional restrictions after opening or use.
For TicNote digital-service plans sold with eligible products, a refund may be requested within 30 days only when the service has not been used or activated. Activated or used digital services are not refundable except where required by applicable law.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping, return shipping, duties, taxes, and payment charges are refundable only when confirmed by CNPS.AI or required by applicable law.
