CNPS.AI

A better fit starts with the right question.

Choose a task, then define what a useful result should look like.

How to use these solution pages

Each page starts from one buyer question and describes the output you can expect, the information to prepare, what to evaluate and how the evaluation runs step by step. It also lists common mistakes and the boundaries we ask you to confirm before ordering.

CNPS provides selection methods, destination availability checks and formal quotations. Industry references linked from these pages show what is possible; they are not CNPS customer deliveries, and no result is promised before a representative test.

Choose a starting point

Each solution begins with a buyer question. The rows below show what you receive, what to prepare and the first thing to check, so you can pick the page closest to your situation.

AI meeting devices for teams

Which device fits our team?

The expected output
A clearer device and subscription shortlist
What to share
Destination country, team size, meeting languages, recording environment and target date.
First thing to check
Compare the exact SKU and included subscription.

Knowledge assistants grounded in your documents

Can AI answer from our documents?

The expected output
A scoped knowledge assistant evaluation
What to share
Authorized sample documents, target languages, expected users, hosting requirements and a business owner.
First thing to check
Build an evaluation set with expected answers.

Edge AI for a defined camera task

Will edge AI work at our site?

The expected output
A site requirement and evaluation brief
What to share
Camera types, site layout, lighting, objects to detect, network conditions and the operational owner.
First thing to check
Agree on the detection task and ground truth.

Voice interfaces, from idea to prototype

How do we prototype a voice device?

The expected output
A prototype scope and dependency checklist
What to share
One intended task, users, languages, acoustic conditions, expected volume and maintenance owner.
First thing to check
Specify microphones, speakers, power and network.

Robotics for research and controlled pilots

What does our robotics lab need?

The expected output
A configuration and support checklist
What to share
Research task, exact platform, payload, workspace, developer access, destination and trained operator.
First thing to check
Confirm the SKU and developer permissions in writing.

Before you send an inquiry

Five things that make the first conversation useful, whichever solution you choose.

01

Name one task

Describe the single workflow or site you want to improve, not the whole organization. A narrow task makes the pilot measurable and the quotation exact.

02

Know your destination and timing

Country, expected quantity and the date you need results by decide availability, shipping and whether a sample stage is realistic.

03

Record today’s baseline

How long the work takes now, how often it fails and what it costs. Without a baseline, no pilot can show an improvement.

04

Identify the decision owner

The person who will judge the pilot and sign the order. Their acceptance criteria should be written down before the test begins.

05

Separate must-haves from preferences

Data location, language support, warranty and administration features that are non-negotiable belong in the inquiry; everything else can be discussed.

Terms used across these pages

The same words appear on every solution page, in the resources and in our quotations. Here is what we mean by them.

Pilot
A small, time-boxed test with real users, real data and agreed metrics, run before any volume commitment.
Baseline
The measured state of the work before the pilot, used as the reference for every later comparison.
Acceptance criteria
The measurable results agreed in advance that decide whether a pilot or delivery is accepted.
Exact SKU or edition
The precise product variant named on the quotation. Products with the same name can differ in features, access and warranty.
Destination availability
Whether a product can be supplied, activated, warranted and supported in the buyer’s country, confirmed before quoting.
Request for quotation (RFQ)
The written summary of task, quantity, destination, languages and timing from which CNPS prepares a formal quotation.
Industry reference
A public case or open-source project cited to show what is possible. It is not a CNPS customer delivery and does not promise the same result.
Full cost
Hardware, subscriptions, hosting, installation, training, support and review time added together over the period you plan to run the solution.

One method behind every solution

From a good question to a useful outcome.

01

Define the task

Agree on the people, environment and result that matter.

02

Test the fit

Evaluate the exact device or workflow against real conditions.

03

Agree the delivery

Confirm scope, full cost, acceptance and ongoing support.

If your requirement does not fit one of these pages, describe the task, the environment and the timeline in an inquiry. We will say plainly what we can verify and what needs a separate assessment.

Industry references are not presented as CNPS customer deliveries.
