These terms apply when you visit or purchase from CNPS.AI at shop.cnps.ai. CNPS.AI is operated from Dongying, Shandong, China. You must provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information and be legally able to enter into a purchase contract in your jurisdiction.
Product descriptions, images, specifications, prices, and availability are kept as accurate as possible. Manufacturer software, cloud features, language support, accessories, and regional compatibility can change. Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when acceptance is confirmed or fulfillment begins.
Shipping is governed by the Shipping Policy. Cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Digital plans, cloud services, applications, translations, and AI-generated outputs may also be subject to the relevant provider's terms.
You may not misuse the store, interfere with its security, submit unlawful or fraudulent orders, scrape or reproduce protected content without authorization, or use products in violation of applicable law. You are responsible for complying with recording-consent, privacy, radio, import, export, and product-use rules where you use a product.
Store content is owned by CNPS.AI or used with permission. Brand names, product names, software, cloud services, and third-party links remain subject to their respective owners' rights. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CNPS.AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the store or third-party services. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
