What the source documents
Unitree publishes SDK2 and a developer documentation center. These provide a starting point for evaluating software interfaces and supported workflows.
What this means for your project
Procurement should name the exact robot edition, permissions, accessories and software environment. Include training, spares and the local operator in the requirement, not only the robot body.
What to confirm
A public SDK does not mean all editions provide identical development access. International demonstration videos are not proof of autonomous productivity or a CNPS customer order.
What to evaluate
- Obtain written confirmation of the SKU and SDK permissions.
- Start with simulation and supervised tests.
- Agree on emergency stops, workspace and support ownership.
