What a quotation needs
- Model and option: for example "TicNote Gray / with 1-Year Pro Plan" or "Pods 4G Pearl White / Pods Only". If you are unsure, describe the task and we will suggest the variant.
- Quantity: per model. The shop does not publish volume pricing, so quantity directly affects the quotation.
- Destination country and delivery city: these determine availability, shipping method and who bears duties and taxes.
- Required date: when you need the devices and whether split deliveries are acceptable.
- Purpose: team use, a pilot or distribution for resale. Distribution terms differ from a purchase for your own use.
- Special requirements: data-processing location, prescription lenses, specific language support, invoicing and payment method.
How the quotation is prepared
- Availability check: we first verify that the chosen model and option can be supplied to your destination and whether lithium-battery shipping or network-version limits (for example the North America version of Pods 4G) apply.
- Missing information: if fields are missing, we ask by work email rather than quoting on assumptions.
- Formal quotation: model, quantity, unit price, validity period, delivery method and payment terms. The written document governs; prices on this site and the shop listings are for reference only.
- Purchase order: after you confirm the quotation, execution proceeds on a purchase order or written confirmation. Distribution arrangements carry separate partnership terms.
A quotation does not promise transcription accuracy, translation quality or battery-life figures. Verify such figures through a trial or written confirmation before ordering.
Before you ask for a quotation
- Read the comparison first: TicNote models side by side lists each model's published storage, colours and bundles, as well as the figures the shop does not publish.
- Decide whether to trial first: before a volume purchase, buying one unit for a two-week trial is usually safer than placing a large order directly. See Plan an AI meeting-device pilot.
- Check the policies: the shipping policy lists the destinations the shop serves; the returns policy explains the limits on ear-worn products and the Pro digital service.
- Prepare what your internal approval needs: if you require supplier documents, invoicing details or a specific payment method, say so in the form.
Common questions
Is there a volume or distributor discount?
The shop does not publish volume pricing. Provide model, quantity, destination and purpose in the form; price is confirmed in the formal quotation.
Can I get a quotation for a single unit for a trial?
Yes. A single unit can also be bought directly at shop.cnps.ai; if you need a formal quotation document for internal approval, say so in the form.
Does the quotation include duties and taxes?
The quotation states the delivery method and who bears the costs. The shop's default is that import duties, taxes and clearance fees are borne by the recipient unless stated otherwise; see the shipping policy.
How long is a quotation valid?
The validity period stated in the quotation document applies. Prices can change with shop promotions, exchange rates and availability.
